Who we are

This website is run by EvoWerk Intelligence ("we"). Contact: support@evowerkintelligence.com.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company size and industry, along with the page you opened the form on, which tells us which product you're asking about. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the demo. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Who processes it for us

• Web3Forms receives your demo-request submission and forwards it to our inbox by email. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request data (browser, page requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Google Workspace hosts our email inbox, where demo requests and emails arrive.
• Fazier serves the launch badges in the footer. Your browser loads those images from its servers, which receive your IP address and basic request data.
• Cloudinary delivers the background video on the EvoWerk Cloud MRP page. If your browser plays it, Cloudinary receives your IP address and basic request data.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no ads.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. In that case the product's privacy policy applies. Ask us and we'll delete your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@evowerkintelligence.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR or the UK GDPR may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority. We process demo requests because you asked us to contact you.

Children

This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children.

If this notice changes, we'll update the date above.
